Characteristics:
DINITROL 447 Protect Super Spray is a quick-drying bodywork protection product with a rubbersynthetic resin base. Zinc additives enable significantly higher rust protection. Zinc ions prevent or delay the formation of rust on areas where the protective film has been damaged. DINITROL 447 Protect Super Spray is free from aggressive solvents, and is particularly suitable for post-treatment protection on vehicle bodywork. DINITROL 447 Protect Super Spray is not harmful to PVC films, and is permanently elastic and resistant to stone chippings and road salt. Once completely dry, DINITROL 447 Protect Super Spray can be coated with all standard lacquers.
Application:
As corrosion protection on the bodywork rear side, as protection against stone chippings on front and rear valances, to improve damaged, but healthy underbody protective films. Good compatibility with cleaning films and asphalt underbody protective types with bitumen or high oil content.
Method of use:
The surface to be treated must be dry and free from dust, oil and grease. Loose old coats must be removed. Remove severe rust with a steel wire brush. Shake the can well before use. Spray the material in an even cross coat at a distance of approx. 30 cm. If applying thicker layers, allow to air between coats. For larger surfaces or longer praying procedures, the can should be shaken well in between. The material can be coated once dry.
