Dinitrol 447 is a fast-drying body protection based on rubber and synthetic resins. By adding zinc, it achieves a markedly increased protection against corrosion. Zinc ions prevent

Dinitrol 447 does not damage PVC layers, does not contain asbestos or bitumen, is permanently elastic, resistant to stone and salt. After drying, it can be repainted with all common varnishes and paints.
Application:
Dinitrol 447 is evenly sprayed crosswise on a dry surface free of dust and grease at a pressure of 4-6 bar from a distance of 20 - 30 cm with a standard chassis gun. It is best applied from barrel packages using the AIRLESS device. The thickness of the dry film can range from 0.3 and up to 1 mm and more depending on the load of the abrasion site. By setting the spraying parameters, the final surface structure can be influenced. Subsequent layers are sprayed and after drying the previous one. After drying, Dinitrol 447 is recoatable. Wash the areas that need to be cleaned of Dinitrol 447 with a cloth soaked in petrol. Caution: Dinitrol 447 must not be subsequently treated with cleaning agents that contain solvents.
