Body protection against graveling with zinc additive against corrosion

Characteristics:
Dinitrol 447 is a fast-drying body protection based on rubber and artificial resins. By adding zinc, it achieves significantly increased protection against corrosion. Zinc ions prevent
they also prevent the formation of rust in places where the protective film has been damaged. Dinitrol 447 is free of all aggressive solvents, such as chlorinated hydrocarbons
(FCKW/CKW), esters, ketones or aromatics and is particularly suitable for subsequent treatment of vehicle bodies. Dinitrol 447 does not damage PVC layers, does not contain asbestos or bitumen, is permanently elastic, resistant to stone blows and salt. After drying, it can be painted over with all common varnishes and paints.

Application:
Dinitrol 447 is evenly sprayed crosswise on a dry surface free of dust and grease at a pressure of 4-6 bar from a distance of 20-30 cm with a common undercarriage gun. From barrel packages, it is best applied using the AIRLESS device. The thickness of the dry film can vary from 0.3 to 1 mm and more, depending on the load on the abrasion site. The final surface structure can be influenced by setting the spray parameters. Subsequent layers are sprayed only after the previous one has dried. After drying, Dinitrol 447 can be painted over. We wash the places that need to be cleaned from Dinitrol 447 with a cloth soaked in gasoline. Attention: Dinitrol 447 must not be subsequently treated with cleaning agents that contain solvents.
