Alkyton Primer+ 5000 ml

Fast variant of Alkyton coating.

Need to finish in one day? Is 16 hours waiting for the second coat much? Then there is a 'quick fix'. Use Primer + and you can paint a second coat in two hours.

Ideal for fast application, for older galvanized or fine corrosion (fox).


Spreading capacity of 12 m2 per liter at one layer (35 µm).

Environmentally friendly: MOTIP DUPLI products are 100% heavy metal free. Lids and packaging are made of recyclable materials.

Waste disposal: Mix waste and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste. Cleaned packaging can be handed over for recycling.

Packaging Marking: All MOTIP DUPLI products comply with the current Czech and EU regulations concerning packaging marking. These are the current versions of the following regulations:

PREPARATION BEFORE PAINTING
Preparation:

Remove oil, grease and any other surface contamination with alkaline RO ND 14 or pressure cleaning in combination with suitable detergents
For optimum results, remove scales, loose rust and poorly adhering old paint blast to Sa 2 1/2 grade (ISO 8501 - 1: 1988) If blast cleaning is not possible, use a scraper and a St 3 grade steel brush (ISO 8501 - 1: (1988)
The surface must be dry and clean during application
Painting:

Mix thoroughly before use
Brush:
Dilution of max. 10% RO 633 (or S6005) Two brushes may be necessary to achieve the desired coating thickness. Use a natural long hair brush
Roller:
10% thinner RO 633 (or S6005) Two brushes may be required to achieve the desired coating thickness. Use pearl rollers 8-12 with medium pile
Air Spraying:
Dilution 10 -20% by volume RO 641 - in small quantities according to the equipment. Nozzle size 1.2 - 1.8 mm, pressure 2 - 4 bar
Without air spraying:
Thinner RO 641 - in small quantities according to the equipment. Nozzle size 0.013 - 0.015 inch, pressure 130-200 bar
cleaning:

Thinner S 6005
