DINITROL 460 is a permanently elastic material for sealing car windows and bodywork against water ingress. This high-quality paste-like sealant is applied with common joint caulking guns and spec. the application nozzle allows it to be pressed even under the rubber frame of the car glass. The material is resistant to water, weather and temperature and remains permanently flexible and adhesive. It is used for sealing auto glass against the rubber profile, for sealing the rubber profile against the bodywork, but also for resealing in case of leakage under the glued autoglass and further on in various parts of the bodywork as needed.

Window sealing (rubber/sheet-glass/rubber or even glued glass)
Roof windows of motor vehicles or their frames to the bodywork
Protective, decorative and cover moldings
Cladding, sheet metal overlaps, bolted fenders
Application:
The substrate must be clean, dry, non-greasy and rust-free. Processing temperature + 5°C up to a maximum of + 30°C. The tip of the cartridge is cut off diagonally as needed and the material is applied evenly to the appropriate place. Excess material is removed with a trowel and cleaned with white spirit. Leaves a sticky finish and stays soft. Does not attack paint, chrome or rubber.
