TEROSON Bond 60 (formerly Teroson PU 8597)

A one-component putty with perfect bead stability. This product hardens through moisture. Base: polyurethane. In contact with humidity, Teroson hardens onto the flexible material. The skin formation time and curing time depend on the humidity and temperature. The curing time also depends on the depth of the gap. By lowering the temperature and humidity, you extend the skin formation time and curing time. Low levels of humidity and temperature prolong the reaction of the material.

Area of application:

Bonding of windshields, side and rear windows into the bodies of motor vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, cabs of tractors and forklifts and special vehicles).
Single or double windows of buses and railway carriages.
Possibility of departure of the repaired car without airbag: in 1 hour.
Possibility of departure of the repaired car with an airbag: in 2 hours.
