DINITROL 443 Zinc Spray
Long-term zinc surface protection for the treatment of corroded areas of the body. According to the DIN50976 standard

Characteristics:
DINITROL 443 is a fast-drying corrosion protection spray for all metals with long-term effectiveness. Material combination zinc color - according to DIN
50976 - contains 95% pure zinc and 5% natural resin in a dry film and provides double long-term protection:
First, zinc gives the metal surface cathodic protection against corrosion, then
protects a durable film made of natural resin.
Dinitrol 443 is economical in terms of consumption. A protective layer with a thickness of 20-30 µm can be obtained after just one short spraying.

Fields of application :
DINITROL 443 is successfully used:
during all body work
for repairing damaged zinc layers
as a conductive interlayer in spot welding
as a primer for equipment threatened by water and weather
to be applied to places where welding and drilling takes place
generally as protection against corrosion of metal surfaces

Application:
DINITROL 443 Before use, shake the spray bottle vigorously until you hear the sound of the inserted stirring ball clearly and continue to stir vigorously. Then spray the product crosswise on the object from a distance of 20-30 cm to ensure an even application. The surfaces to be treated must be absolutely dry and free of rust and grease. At the end of each use, hold the container upside down and clean the nozzle by spraying until only gas comes out.

Paintability of artificial resin varnishes:
DINITROL 443 can be sprayed over with synthetic resin varnishes after approx. 20-30 minutes. If this varnish should be painted, it can happen after approx. 1 hour.

Overpainting with aggressive varnishes:
After approx. 1 hour, DINITROL 443 can be painted over with aggressive paints, such as nitro, chlorinated rubber or others. These varnishes are sprayed in thin layers. If these varnishes
should be painted, then this can happen only after 24 hours. KH thinner can be used as a cleaning agent.
