INITROL 820 is an original product based on alkyds and synthetic resins in black. Depending on the application conditions, it forms a structure similar to the original surface of plastic parts. DINITROL 820 adheres perfectly to almost any plastic.
Fields of application:
DINITROL 820 is intended for surface renewal of plastic parts after their repair or in case of damage to their surface. It is used on bumpers, spoilers, plastic aprons and other plastic parts of vehicles, etc. It is recommended to subsequently repaint the structured surface of DINITROL 820, for example with DINITROL 8020 - plastic varnish.
Application:
DINITROL 820 makes it possible to achieve a finer or coarser structure, depending on the spraying distance. For liter packages, the final structure will be affected by the spray distance, the nozzle used and the setting of the spray gun. It is recommended to test the spraying conditions in advance. Prior to application, the spray must be thoroughly worked up by shaking and, after finishing work in the inverted position, the spray nozzle must be cleaned with propellant. The product in the can must also be premixed. The surface of the plastic part must be stripped of all protective layers (silicones, waxes, etc.) before applying DINITROL 820. To restore the fine structure, it is recommended to spray the created surface with a transparent varnish.
