Characteristics:
DINITROL 8530 is a fast-drying acrylic thixotropic varnish with high coverage. Thanks to the high proportion of pigments, the material is weather resistant.
Area of ​​application:
- production and repair of motor vehicles, industry, household
- partial painting of metal surfaces, such as iron and non-ferrous metals, as well as plastics, ceramics, wood, etc.
- new painting of steel rims of motor vehicles

Application:
The substrate must be clean, free of grease, dust and rust. All weathered paint must be removed. Healthy paint residues should be sanded down to a matte finish. For absorbent substrates such as wood, a pore filler should be used first to prevent the binder from penetrating the substrate. Shake the can with the spray well before use (1-2 min.), until the movement of the mixing ball in the spray can be clearly heard, then spray the material evenly in a cross. Small areas can also be sprayed in circular motions. The spraying distance should be approx. 20-30 cm. The drying time before the spray is non-sticky to the touch is 20-30 minutes, depending on temperature, air humidity and layer thickness. After use, hold the can upside down and briefly spray clean gas to prevent possible clogging.
